Welcome to Yoga Personal Practice or yogApp for short.
The yogApp iOS Application has been designed to allow you to manage your Yoga Practices because we feel that the most relevant Yoga Practice for you is your own one. So yogApp gives you the ability to do just that, playback, manage and create your own Yoga Practices. Having Practices that are adapted specifically for you ensures that they take into account your needs and also ensures that they are truly fit for purpose. So by either working along with a Yoga Teacher or alone using self-guided Steps you can create Practices that are customised precisely for you.

yogApp is designed to sequentially guide users through Yoga Practices which are made up of individual Steps. You can create your own Practice by adding Step information consisting of a Title, a Description (Body) and a Duration. Each Step can be supplemented with a Video demonstration, an Audio narration, or you can combine Audio with a Photo/Video to help illustrate the Step. The Video or Photo can be captured on the fly while adding the Step or can be chosen from the your Album content. When Practices are played back each of the Steps will be displayed for the specified Duration. A countdown indicator will be displayed and a Chime will sound at the end of each Step.
If the Chime selection is turned off then the phone will Vibrate instead at the end of each Step (so long Vibrate is enabled in the Settings on your Device).
Context-Sensitive Help is supported within the Application which can be consulted for more information about any of the Views or Features.
A selection or playlist from the iPod Library can be chosen as background Music to be incorporated into the Practice playback. The Application will mix the Steps audio either from Video or Narration with the Background audio.
